Bars running up my Vizio?

I bought a vizio a few days ago and it has been working perfectly fine. I had the comcast hooked up to it. they plugged the component cords into the back and the hd tv and everything worked.

However today I turned it on and there are bars running up the TV. The bars are kinda discolored.

I turned the comcast cable part off and it is still there, yet when I turned my PS2 on and played a DVD on the AV (audio-video) there were no bars.

What do I do? Is the problem with the TV or the cable?
My setup is I have the TV on top of the tv stand with the comcast box and wireless routers underneath

Could that be an issue?

your lucky your house hasn't caught on fire with that piece of junk. HURRY>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>return it before some one dies.
